What is a full-service event planner?

A Full-Service event planner is your solution to avoiding the stresses people may think come along with planning an event or special occasion. We are here to help you from the moment you envision your next event, until that last “thank you” card has been mailed out! Let us manage every aspect of your next event, so you can truly enjoy it and see your vision come to life.

We are dedicated to going above and beyond to exceed your expectations of our services. Your Special Day is our Focus and we will ensure that each detail is executed flawlessly. Our services include but are certainty not limited, to the below -

  • Event Budget & Design Plan

  • Venue and Vendor Selection(s)

  • Event Logistics (timelines & scheduling)

  • On-Site Management (including set-up and breakdown)

  • Post Event Services

How do you charge for services?

Our Full-Service Event Planning Services are a priced as a flat-rate package which includes any and all services requested from the hire date, through the event, and post-event if applicable.

Our Full-Service, personalized event planning services begin from the moment you hire us - typically sometime shortly after the couple has been engaged or you have conceptualized your next event and are ready to collaborate. We will handle it all - anything you are wondering about being offered under our services is sure to be covered. From Weddings and Social Events, such as; Proms, Showers and Birthdays.

We also offer partial services if you find you are not in need of a full-service design and planning package. Everyone’s event needs are different, we get it!

Do you offer partial services if my budget does not allow for full-service coordination?

Not all event planners are the same, nor do we want to be!

Our Full-Service Event Packages are most popular with clients celebrating occasions such as; Weddings, Vow-Renewals, & Corporate Group Meetings or Outings.

We also offer Partial Event Planning and Coordination Services. These rates are charged per hour and the rates are more flexible as the services provided will vary client to client. Partial Event Planning services are most popular with clients planning celebrations such as; Birthdays, Showers and Small-scale Gatherings. You may need help pulling all the details together leading up to the event; Or you may simply require on-site coordination day-of the event. Whatever your needs and budget are, we are here to help. How much time do you need to plan?

Planning for events is something that can take time! While we know each different event comes with it’s own timeline and planning needs - you as the client may not. We are here to help! From the moment you decide to work with us, we will begin to execute a detailed timeline you can use as a tool, for pre-event happenings and deadlines, day-of schedules, and post event needs that will take the guessing out of the planning process for you.

We will work within any time constraints/limitations that you as the client present us with, if we are hired for your next event. While we might recommend we begin your venue search a minimum of 12 months in advance to secure a preferred venue/date - we know that life can be unpredictable and the planning process may not always begin this early for you.

We will take the pressure out of planning your next event and will execute a flawless and unforgettable experience for you and your guests, whether we are given 2 weeks or 2-years to and execute your vision.
